Dear Team Members of Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines:

The National Mediation Board has officially declared AMFA the winner in the recent representation election between AMFA and the IAM.

We are honored by your trust and excited to represent you moving forward. This outcome marks the beginning of a new chapter of strong representation, member-driven priorities, and transparent communication.

To help explain next steps and address your questions, AMFA will host a Virtual Town Hall via Zoom on Tuesday, March 3, at 11:00am HT/1:00pm PT. Please follow this link to register.
