ATTENTION: ALL LOCAL 32 MEMBERS

As we close out 2025, our Local — 400 Alaska members and 1,000 Southwest (SWA) members strong—there are several critical updates.

ALASKA MEMBERS – URGENT VOTE NOTICE

The vote happening right now is one of the most important votes you will ever participate in.
PLEASE VOTE.

If by January 1st you:

• Have not received your ballot or
• Notice incorrect information

SOUTHWEST MEMBERS – 2026 CONTRACT PREP

All three SWA contracts (AMT, FMT, App Techs) have early openers in the second half of next year.

• Member proposals are currently being submitted.
• You will receive a survey later next year to prioritize those proposals.
• Your input will guide ALR Ken Patrick and the other ALRs on our needs and bargaining goals.

LOCAL 32 IS READY FOR 2026

• Our finances remain strong.
• Your continued involvement keeps our Local among the strongest in the industry.
