Today, Thursday, September 25, 2025, AMFA Local 32 held a General Membership Meeting in Phoenix. To celebrate our amazing members, we proudly honored three remarkable retirees, Jim Wisto, John Thomas, and Mitch Johnson, with the Local Executive Council (LEC) presenting each with polished fan blades etched with their personal information and a personalized Fossil watch, surrounded by cheering fellow mechanics. Their decades of dedication are a testament to our union’s strength. With 40 other members joining, we had a full house—standing room only!
We also celebrated our broader membership with an exciting raffle! Members had a chance to win a 3D-printed generic engine model, replica Korry Light 3D prints, items adorned with the Boeing 737 logo, and AMFA 32-marked handle Snap-on screwdrivers—crafted to engage and reward everyone, especially local attendees beyond our traveling shop and area reps.
