2012 Local 32 Area Representative Nomination and Election Notice

Nominations

Nominations for the following Local 32 Area Rep. positions will be accepted

by completed nomination forms that will be sent back to Local 32 Via Fax

(480) 967-5532, giving to an L.E.C. officer or Mail. You may download the

nomination form on line at www.amfa32.com:

Area Representative: This position will be for two years

Nominations that are submitted in writing must be received by the Election

Committee at the Local 32 office: P.O. Box 25530 Tempe, AZ 85285 no later

than 1700HRS January 23, 2012.

All members in good standing assigned to Local 32 are eligible to nominate

candidates for office.

All members in good standing assigned to Local 32 that meet the eligibility

requirements of Article XIX Section 1 (B) of the AMFA Constitution are eligible

to hold office.

Elections

If Needed, Local 32 Area Representative elections will start on January 30, 2012

through February 10, 2012

All members, in good standing according to Local 32 by-laws must sign in at

www.amfa32.com to cast their vote. Once votes have been tallied the results will be

posted online and distributed to all area reps. If there are any questions or
