National Secretary/Treasurer’s Monthly Report for June 2010
Dear Members:
The last week of June, the NEC held our weekly conference call and the following day I travelled to Local
32 in PHX. I had the honor of swearing in the new Local Vice President Frank Amore. Congratulations
Frank and thank you for stepping up to fill this position. I would also like to thank the former Vice
President Mike Nelson for his dedicated service to AMFA and its members. Before becoming, VP Mike
also served as the Locals Airline Representative. Mike has taken a position with SWA at another station
outside of Local 32. I also attended the Local 32 Membership Meeting and prior to the start of the meeting
the Local presented four retirees with B737 Fan Blade Retirement Plaques. These are unique and beautiful
works of art that I am sure they will cherish. Read More Here
