SUBJECT: Notice of Change in Fax Number

All, effective immediately, the new fax number for bids is 972-656-2571. Also stated on all bid notices: Fax your bid to Maintenance Administration, Bid Analyst, at 972-656-2571, and verify the status indicates "OK" and retain confirmation receipt with: STATUS "OK" AND PRINT OF BID BEING FAXED ON RECEIPT. BLANK RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please keep in mind that it is the employee’s responsibility to make sure they are using the correct fax number.
